Category: Thank you

Olivia sewed a human size doll. She sent me by post. When it arrived I thought it was fabric to make the small ones. What a beautiful surprise when I saw the giant doll with its giant heart. She also sent some normal sizes.

I am not sure exactly when it was. I guess between 2014 and 2015.

Olivia is not with us anymore.

And I am here with this beautiful gift she sent to me many years ago.

Thank you so much dear Olivia!

Evelyn sewed 41 dolls from the fabric of pillow cases donated by her family to the project.

It is so rare when someone helps sewing dolls and I am really grateful when it happens.

Thank you so much for family donation and specially for Evelyn who spent her time and energy to sew the dolls.

Muito obrigada!

We lost our website in the middle of pandemic.

The previous website had an unique layout created by Oliver, we couldn’t recover it.

Luckily we haven’t lost most of the content, over ten years of posts, some photos are missing though.

A huge thank you for Miranda and Ali who helped created this new website which was published on Easter 2023.

Annalisa made these 50 dolls. She sent them to me from Italy some days ago. I can clearly see that they were made with lots of care. Her soft and kind dreams and generous heart are into all these dolls. I am so grateful, grazie mille my friend!

Jacy sewed 34 dolls for the project in her house in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

I am very grateful for her generous help.

I would like to thank so much all the people who has helped the project so far.

THANK YOU!
